## Remarks: Purchased around 2001. I remember going all the way to Ueno to buy jeans, thinking that Ameya-Yokocho was the place to go. Evisu is a brand known for its iconic paint seagull, but the way it fades and the atmosphere it creates after fading is simply the best. It’s also made of durable fabric that’s hard to tear, which is fantastic. I’m not sure about recent products, but the ones from this era were made with high-spec fabric and a unique recipe, I believe.
