This is a US Navy sailor pant from the 40s to 50s. It’s made of melton wool and has a baggy flare silhouette. It’s considered the prototype of flare pants and has a beautiful silhouette. This particular one is from the 40s. The top middle button has some loose threads, but it shouldn’t affect wear.
