Super adorable short black peplum style puff jacket with 2 large front buttons and 2 hidden snaps on bottom half. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Puffed shoulders. Zipper pockets on front and zipper detail on back of sleeves. Empire waisted and then flares out, like a peplum. Size 2. Shell: Cotton/Nylon/Spandex. Lining: Polyester.
