This is a Carhartt full swing jacket made in Mexico. It’s labeled as a size S, but I think it’s equivalent to a Japanese size M.
I believe it’s from around the 1990s.
There are button-like things that seem to be for a hood, but they weren’t there when I bought it from a vintage clothing store.
